Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for real-time reporting and analysis
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM ET)
