What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, high-volume datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and night shift operations.
- Conduct statistical analysis and create predictive models to forecast future trends and performance metrics.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Mandatory: Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM or 11 PM – 7 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
