Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures for all outputs
- Present findings to leadership through concise executive summaries and data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
