We are currently hiring for our high-volume Night Shift operations, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent shift differentials. We also provide full relocation assistance for qualified candidates outside the Kansas City area.

Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and management, to translate business requirements into data models.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting critical findings and recommendations.
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce processing time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to work effectively and independently during night shift hours.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
