Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, analytical goals, and reporting needs.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating Night Shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
