Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure real-time analytics capabilities
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control protocols
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data simply
