Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Python, Go, and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime across 3 global regions
- Lead security audits and implement zero-trust infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with cloud platforms
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one JVM language
- Proven track record of leading production releases with zero critical incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and optimization projects
