Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic business decisions and operational planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift while maintaining high productivity.
