Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop predictive models to forecast operational metrics and KPIs
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity across systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual reports and presentations
- Support 24/7 operations by providing overnight data validation and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
