Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver actionable insights for night-cycle reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be willing to relocate to Wichita, KS if not currently residing there.
