We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Data Analyst to join our elite team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this critical role, you will manage our night shift data operations, ensuring that our global teams have real-time insights into market trends and performance metrics. As a Night Shift Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business strategy, working autonomously during off-hours to deliver comprehensive reports that drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Night Shift Operations: Manage the data pipeline and reporting schedule during the night shift, ensuring all critical reports are generated and distributed on time.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data quality and accuracy, implementing scripts to automate data cleansing processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing), Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Advanced knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
