Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform data mining and statistical analysis to support 24/7 reporting pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all night shift reporting systems.
- Prepare clear, concise, and professional data summaries and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
