Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support product development and marketing initiatives.
- Document data models and analysis methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and system scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI.
- Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment or a shift-based schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
