Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets from overnight operations to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for morning shift handovers and leadership reviews.
- Maintain and optimize SQL databases to support nightly reporting cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift and manage time independently.
