Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for the night shift operations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into actionable business intelligence.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on data-driven findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operations environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively during the night shift.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
