Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Night Shift Monitoring: Actively monitor data pipelines and system performance during off-peak hours to identify anomalies and ensure continuous business operations.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data trends for stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that summarize business performance, highlighting opportunities for growth.
- Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis on historical data to identify patterns and forecast future business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical data specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
