Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Shift Data Analyst, you will be the guardian of our data integrity. You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure our analytical models are accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using advanced SQL and Python scripts.
- Analyze nightly data trends to identify anomalies, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate automated dashboards and weekly reports for stakeholders using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with the operations team to validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies in real-time.
- Document data pipelines and analysis methodologies to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in data processing workflows to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operations or call center environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) for complex querying and reporting.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11 PM – 7 AM).
