Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy for nightly reporting cycles.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor real-time performance.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate comprehensive, executive-level reports and presentations that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and solve business problems during the night operations window.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines to ensure the seamless delivery of insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data structures.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
