Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and large-scale data structures to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to support 24/7 decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and translate them into strategic business recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all night shift systems and databases.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance metrics for senior leadership and operations management.
- Streamline data collection processes to improve reporting efficiency and speed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
