Responsibilities
- Data Processing & Integrity: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality and accuracy for nightly reporting cycles.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate comprehensive nightly and weekly reports, summarizing complex findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and collaborate with engineering teams to automate manual tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and operations teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a fast-paced corporate or e-commerce environment.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot anomalies in data and ensure 100% accuracy in reporting.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
