Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) for real-time reporting and monitoring.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large business datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive management review.
- Optimize data pipelines and queries to improve reporting speed and efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
