Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure security protocols are followed during off-hours processing.
- Create automated reporting processes to improve team efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear presentations and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
