Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources, ensuring high data quality and accuracy for night operations.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and automated reports to support 24/7 business continuity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for leadership review.
- Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement during off-peak hours.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business strategies.
- System Optimization: Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless reporting during critical night shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities in a high-pressure setting.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present to non-technical stakeholders.
