Responsibilities
- Perform Deep-Dive Analysis: Analyze complex, high-volume datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies specific to night-operations workflows.
- Develop Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast operational needs and optimize resource allocation for the night shift.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and operational staff.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to streamline data pipelines and automate reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and a visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Programming: Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Shift Requirements: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with weekend availability.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first 24/7 environment.
