Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Visualizations: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize trends and KPIs.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables).
- Availability: Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
