Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in real-time.
- Generate accurate reports and interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for leadership review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and implement solutions for operational efficiency.
- Monitor nightly data streams and nightly transaction logs to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our data warehouse and ETL pipelines.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
