Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing) to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Document data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure data governance and compliance.
- Proactively identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift and meet tight deadlines.
