Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with programming languages (Python/R) and statistical modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical audiences
