Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced BI tools to generate actionable insights
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and alert stakeholders of critical trends during night operations
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data integrity
- Present findings to leadership through concise executive summaries and data-driven recommendations
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects addressing urgent business questions from global stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data governance frameworks and analytics best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to work independently and make critical decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Previous night shift or 24/7 operations experience preferred
