Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker for stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present data findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Automate reporting processes using SQL and Python to improve efficiency.
- Monitor data quality and implement governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
