Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Perform statistical analysis to support A/B testing and product optimization initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
