Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends within business data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases and extract specific information required for ongoing projects.
- Process Improvement: Recommend business process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems using quantitative methods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ETL processes.
