What You'll Do:
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between our data and our business strategy. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, performing data analysis, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries to communicate data-driven insights.
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate data for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
