Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and data manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
