Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and patterns.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business opportunities.
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Conduct A/B testing, statistical analysis, and forecasting to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and problem-solving.
