Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and non-technical manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Mesa, AZ (Relocation package available).
