Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events in real-time using SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK Stack).
- Conduct daily vulnerability assessments and remediation planning.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with NIST and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to patch vulnerabilities in code and infrastructure.
- Conduct security awareness training for staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or network security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ (CISSP preferred).
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Experience with cloud security architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
