Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather data from multiple sources using SQL and Python, ensuring high accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive, visually appealing dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for leadership, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement based on data insights.
- Data Governance: Help establish best practices for data storage, security, and accessibility across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Programming: Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
