Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large, complex datasets from various sources (SQL, APIs, CRMs) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize KPIs and drive executive decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform deep statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Process Improvement: Document data processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for advanced statistical analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly preferred).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Ability to relocate to Los Angeles, CA (Relocation assistance provided).
