Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to support equity option pricing and risk assessment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and trading teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate technical data into clear, business-friendly insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data analysis workflow.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and financial modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the finance or equity options sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
