Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support long-term strategic planning.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL for database querying, data extraction, and management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
