Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and potential business opportunities.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL & Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and manipulate databases efficiently.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Tools: Strong understanding of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data warehousing concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business insights.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive financial and operational data.
