Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that provide actionable insights to the executive team.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend optimizations to enhance data workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
