Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and support high-level decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data pipelines and implement solutions to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Communication: Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and complex querying.
- Programming: Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
