Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business forecasting and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the government, defense, or technology sector within the DC area is a plus.
