Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and executive summaries that translate complex data into understandable business insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Modeling: Build and maintain predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Tools: Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL, SQL).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive solutions.
