Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business value.
- Develop Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct statistical analysis, including regression analysis and A/B testing, to support product decisions and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and the accuracy of reporting pipelines through ETL processes.
- SQL Development: Write efficient, optimized SQL queries to support ad-hoc analysis and automated reporting workflows.
- Present Insights: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for executive leadership through presentations and written reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Statistical Knowledge: Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data mining techniques, and hypothesis testing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a strong plus.
