Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Utilize historical data to create predictive models that assist in business forecasting and strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into non-technical terms.
