Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database models to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize business processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data mining, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable business insights for non-technical audiences.
