Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets to ensure high data integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines and database queries for optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
